Yes Bud, PASS is not off the table, which is great to hear, though it remains a waiting game with no definite timing so it seems, as to when we'll get results.

They have had to update their Tender to Spark for NEL which indicates it is ongoing and as you pointed out (and is new) NAG has now been asked to tender for the Suburban Rail Loop Project. (SRLP)

That's a real positive & indicates to me that NAG is well in the hunt. Does anyone know who the builder is of the SRLP because I'm assuming it is not SPARK & if NAG got the Contract for SRLP, it means less room for SPARK & No Exclusive Rights to the pits. That could get interesting.
