WOW, This company is bleeding cash each month, this is a fact, look at Tormin production, sales v costs and the required cap raise to keep lights on.
Noble ambitions like the 5 year strategic plan (sounds like a Davos climate policy) count for little.
"This funding supports the key catalysts targeting returning Tormin to historical profitability (during years 2015- 2021 Tormin produced an average EBITDA of US$16M)" ....those were the days, days of solid dividends to shareholders.
Its very hard to see how anything bar an asset sale will turn this bleeder's financial fortunes around.
Great assets, basket case leadership IMHO........
