Just out of interest, If we have the right people operating MRC, why did we need to optimise the Tormin facility to process the inland strands, which has taken nearly 2 years to resolves and why didn't Munglinup obtain all of its approvals before he departed?
Could it be what you think is the right person is an incorrect assessment and he was part of the problem?
You only need to see the success/failure of the people who have left MRC to see what they are doing now. I know its very difficult for many to be critical of friends and family, but I cannot see any shinning examples of success.
Can you please point to someone who you think has excelled after they have departed MRC
