Yes, its a great spot. I have been to Borroloola a number of times. tough country big rivers , isolated. I hope they can make the field of dreams work. CRA walked away, Diamond Joe went bust, The territory is full of these type of failures. Look at the recent prawn farm at Legune station $56m spent by NT govt. Paspaley got out of pearls into property. Seems the only people to make money make it out of govt handouts.
