Shorting only works if the shorter can buy the stock at a lower price
With wyloo's $1.40 floor who would short other than wyloo or an affiliate?
Even if the offer expires one has to buy shares to cover the shorted stock and if they aren't selling at $1.40 what makes one think there's going to be much stock to cover below then also be competing with wyloo to buy at will on market?
