    Peter - I just read the report.
    It wasn't by "Melbourne University", it was by Oxfam Australia, a lobby group, and Helen Szoke was their CEO at the time.
    It concludes that multinationals should be transparent in their payment of tax, which BHP is. I can't see it's relevance to this discussion though, unless you are alluding that they are hiding or avoiding paying tax?
