Not relevant to BHP who is Australias largest tax payer and equally has an effective tax rate near 50% when you add it all up. I use to work in tax in another life, which included transfer pricing. Im well rehearsed in this area. Technology and low margin retail off shored HQed companies are the ones in this space. Not BHP.
