Agree with this. Overall it reads like a net positive to me -Kal shipping by August, nice to have an actual timeline. Sounds like 3 months lost production is likely worst case (and that's more than priced in imo). And we'd only need a 3-month stay on the licence conditions to negate most of that impact (and you'd think there are pretty strong grounds for it to be granted... you'd think...)
