Nothing surprising. On 21/3, I wrote:
"my expectations of March quarterly
Gold production approx 40k - 45k with AISC of approx 2257 - 2035/oz (current thinking is production closer to 45k making AISC closer to 2035/oz)avg sale price for gold approx 2,525 in part because of 26koz being delivered into hedge at average price of 2,375."
If they can produce 17550/mth or 52,650 for the June quarter, i am expecting AISC for June half to come in under 1900. With average selling price of $2600-2650, June quarter numbers will be the game changer for red.
Naturally, if their production for June qtr disappoint, then the stock will be punished.
