    After much research "shortly" in relation to significant and similar business situations to ours, is no more than 1 week or 4-5 day's.
    otherwise the word "shortly" has used it's limitations, and has become or becoming on the offensive side.
    I know it's a grey area when it comes to "shortly"
    but it does have its courteous limitations.
