The mine has been running around A$65m of expenses a quarter and producing around 2,000t - so $65m/2,000t = A$32.5k/t.

Of this A$65m is around $20m of capital works. I would hope to see overall expenses drop to A$55m as capex unwinds and production lift to 2,500t as the higher grades feed through and they fix recoveries. $55m/2,500 = A$22k/t.

But as others have pointed out - the market now wants to see the production lift as it always seems to be coming but has yet to really materialised.
