My interpretation of this is that ALS is in principal willing to prove some limited amount of equity once they are engaged (which is positive) but this is not going to happen until all the other boxes are ticked and will occur as part of final funding package (whenever that may be). In summary, I concur with above sentiments - no material change to overall situation, no prospect of much happening for the foreseeable future and cap raise needed in around 3 months or so.
