Shareholders ,hahaha .
Who are they ?
They only have to please one share holder .
All the other shareholders together don't own enough percentage of the business to even give a first strike vote against the renumeration report .
Most of the top 20 shareholders except the big one seem to be left behind in New Zealand .
The move to the ASX was a very cynical move to kill any share holder activity , virtually zero liquidity .
An outcome that is the absolute opposite to what they said they were doing it for .
Disgraceful performance by directors that have a fiduciary responsibility to ALL shareholders .
