    Great Speculation

    Mr Market is sitting on the fence perhaps believe a CR is on the way, and no news of the proposed plant construction is a NO news item
    ships unloaded in January No news in quarterly as to any progress on that front no site photos of plant being erected as yet
    4 months post arrival .

    Perhaps one Single announcement on the Plant progress should have been released by now together with the resources being employed
    to get it up and running as well a timeframe to completion
