I will admit that the TRIFR has probably been influenced by less people at site (judging by the mass exodus they've had the last 12 months). Less people = higher TRIFR when injuries occur, as there is less man hours to divide by.- Still, TRIFR is a generally accepted marker industy-wide as to the safety performantce of how well a site is doing. In Henty's case... not too well.
