I was on here the other day mentioning about hoping to see the uptick in gold production from Henty, yet its gone backwards over 1300oz for the quarter!
With the stope failures do they actually have any reasonable chance of achieving this 35kOz/pa rate they've touted? I note this quarterly makes no mention of it (probably smart in the circumstances, I suspect it will be quietly forgotten about it). Yes mining is up 10% tonnes hauled, but grade and recovery is both down. And injuries keep going up?!
Looks like the losses they had with key personnel last year has come back to bite them... they also cite (same as MMG - Rosebury) that they are struggling to recruit people.
@PulpCutter - I think they after-close announcements have been happening for a while now (save for perhaps the last quarter). Can't release bad news early!
