CRN guidance for Average Mining Costs Per Tonne Sold ($84.0/t - $87.0/t) for the year I believe is no chance of being achievable..I guess we will see in time.
How can you go from
Average mining costs for quarter 1 of $102/t
Average mining costs for quarter 2 of $92/t
Average mining costs for H1 obviously $97
Effectively means their mining costs forH2 they will have to achieve an average mining cost per tonne of $76 to get to the higher end of $87 guidance.
Quarterly mining costs per tonne = $102 + $92 + $76 + $76 = $346/4
Average mining costs for the year = $86.50p/t
I'm out at $1.67. Made a loss on the longer term investment but my trading on CRN over the last 2 months covered the loss. I'm happy.
I'll wait now to see outcome of BHP Blackwater mine acquisition and any dividends payable.
Good luck all.
