At diggers this year virtually all presenters were at pains to say how many women they had working for them. The average and so benchmark seemed to be around 20%. Some had more in senior management some less either way they all managed to claim something in regard to women and diversity. I'm guessing this is the miners reply to the posturing of politicians.

One year, it's indigenous, the next greenhouse gasses, this year women. I must have missed the one about gay whales.
