Dang... that 500k p.a RRL have been touting is dead and buried in the near term.
Basic numbers.... AIC (all in costs) looks horrific.
AISC - 2000-2315
Add on a further $405 (total of 'other costs)
AIC likely between $2405-$2720!
Hedging is bleeding RRL.
Sure, the hedge will be gone in 12 months, but.... does not help right now.
Good luck to holders. I struggle to understand why the market might like this report.
