As long as EXIM Bank remains in the picture the Citronen project will be a goer at some stage imo - unfortunately we are not privy to the ongoing discussions so it's still a game of patience for those willing to go the distance!
FWIW, I did email the Company just recently with a few questions about statements made in the last Quarterly, and hoping for a reply soon!
