I wonder how that JV Partner search is going? - seems like the market is hanging out for some news one way or the other looking at the current lack of interest!
Something has to give sooner or later before the cash balance reaches the critical stage - I wonder how EXIM Bank is seeing this whole scenario playing out given their commitment to the project...??
