You would have to think that IBG has had plenty of years to sort out all the pros and cons of developing Citronen, yet they are still indicating somewhat that the project is viable. However, IBG is still unable to secure a partner or funding so you might just be on the money. I now take whatever Mr. Jardine states with a grain of salt, sad but that is the way it is.
