There's shite loads of good Anthracite at Groundhog and they can do it from underground to have extremely small footprint - there's also an historic rail corridor almost to the site - would cost a lot to re-establish but doableJust need a project team with cohunas

They had different managers come in and they decided to pivot to a dead end Elan unfortunately - a new team with focus could get Groundhog over the line and could be worth $1B easilyThey'd have to dilute the shares badly though (maybe push upwards of 2B+ shares or more with subsequent raises
They can't just sit back Re the court case - they should also look at other short term pivot opportunities (maybe white stuff in Brazil LOL) jokingbut the world will need coking coal for ages yet and - regardless of the misunderstanding of "coal" and so called green push back in other countries (incl Australia) new deposits of met coal (like Groundhog) are required to be brought on line (but need a 5-10 year timeline
