All this legal action must raise concerns for shareholders, the wider market certainly is very concerned.
The mis-handling of the legal matters have already placed stressed operations under further stress and will continue to do so!!Just because a court action is dismissed, doesn't mean it has does not have long lingering effects......ask any financer or the major supplier to Henty!!
Unfortunately this is the way James De Crap_pig_me does business, so expect more legal battles and the share price to continue to decline whilst he's in the seat.
