Did you not see my previous response to this query TT? Fatality occurred in January 2020 when it was owned by the Rouse family who owned Pybar. Unfortunately the worker was an employee of Pybar. CYL acquired the mine from the Rouse's a year later in January 2021. Condition of acquisition was that the Rouses indemnify CYL for any financial penalties resulting from the investigation. As such $2m of cash and shares are held in trust until the matter is resolved.
