No wonder the stock just keeps trending downward over the last 2.5 years. Who wants to invest in a company like that has never paid a dividend? Certainly no institutional investors.

Why would you invest in a gold miner and expect a dividend, especially one that has 450 million of tax offsets.
Paying a dividend would be a crazy move as we would be diluting our profits through taxation.
A substantive share buy-back is the play!
