" NCIB is a no-brainer". It is also a term not in use in Australia as far as I know. For those interested here is a link:

NCIB is effectively Canuck for a share buyback arrangement: https://www.commbank.com.au/articles/investing/what-are-share-buybacks.html
So yeah, what PC said, we want a share buyback!
Though on second thoughts, stuff that, I reckon Silver Lake should have a crack at either Gascoyne / Spartan to the north of Deflector or Pantoro to the south of Mt Monger. In his recent twilight presentation the boss of Gascoyne, Simon Lawson, surprised me by raising that Gascoyne would be of interest to others, such as Ramelius and Westgold. Why not Silver Lake? (though I agree that he was likely having a tease of fellow kiwi, David Southam, who was the next presenter and is a non-exec director at Ramelius). Gascoyne has much of the Yalgoo ground which is to the immediate north of Deflector.
https://www.you tube.com/watch?v=7UcQ-ENk-r8 (remove the space after "you", from the 11:50 mark)I am also struggling with "SLR [sh]ould buy back the sugarzone share split". It seems as part of acquisition of the Sugar Zone asset Silver Lake transferred to Harte Gold 27m SLR shares. Are you suggesting Silver Lake buy back those 27m from Harte? Why specifically them? Ordinary shares are fungible so buying back any shares should have the same impact. With only 27m of 930m issued shares being controlled by Harte Gold it is not as if by owning those shares Harte Gold has any influence over the Silver Lake Board.
