You're missing the point. They are spending $85 million on Capex and $45 million on exploration. Add $40 million in admin and running costs and they will make very little cashflow in the next 12 months but will burn up another 220,000 ounces of reserves.
Sugar Zone is a gamble on finding higher grades and wider widths. What if that fails.
By all means have a punt but I see no upside from 85-90 cents. I can't justify an EV of $500 million on this stock with so much uncertainty.
Management have serious flaws as well. To think they put in an offer on Gwalia with the problems at Sugar Zone beggars belief.
