Not sure how you read a balance sheet but $100m in yearly revenue with a clear cost cutting path to profitability is no ordinary measure.
Agree on some management needing to contribute more or need to be moved on. Can see this happening shortly which in turn helps again with profitability.
The new leader of the business, Matt Davey clearly had issues with Tripp payment which is why he cancelled the second payment. I certainly wouldn't take that first payment as an endorsement from him. He is now leading what will be a leaner, more cost efficient and profitable business into the future.
