    A fresh eyes when reading the report and looking at the current sp will struggle to understand why this one is not moving.
    Its puzzling when there is drilling activity going on and moving to bottletree soon. Price cap in place or algo trading or market maker or whatever the market hate spq for whatever reason. The QAR is quite busy but there is a disconnect here IMO.
