So i actually made contact with management today & spoke to a real person. ( may have been AI) They are waiting on a wardens court decision to decide if nex owe them money for the JV costs, no date given as apparently up to the court to decide. Also mentioned an ann of some kind may come soon re Mt Surprise in Qld luck to all but did not elaborate. So they are still functioning but very slowly, i think it will be a long haul to riches but heres hoping Good luck to all other sufferers
