I would say it's next to impossible that they've left the rig sitting idle for two weeks (unless there's been a major breakdown). At most it might take a few days to clear terrain and establish a drill pad (LRS has moved through rough terrain on covered hillsides before as an example).
The quarterly is just a copy and paste from previous ANN's, not intended to be read as a current view of the project.
I would say it's next to impossible that they've left the rig...
