Wrong, if it's only to quarter end they would and should promptly say so. Many companies provide updates to the latest developments and in the company's words:
They didn't drill 328m till the end of June that's for sure. So to date either means today, or from mid July when previous annoucement was made. A more probable scenario is that the company is taking time to plan for a better drill location/angle to make sure they hit better.
