That said - I think they have rebuilt a really solid foundation for the business the last few years and potentially could be turning a corner. I've put a couple bucks in recently when it dropped 6 cents because its worth a punt. The assets are certainly worth more than the current market cap but it'll be up to the management team and the Overlord shareholder (Ofer group) with the direction they steer this ship.

I think this is worth more like $60m market cap but with direction and capital management plans put it place its substantially more.

imo the downside here is quite limited. The biggest downside is the cost of time if I'm wrong.
