Thanks for sharing those numbers. Looks solid.
Does the 36mt include equity accounted middlemount? As that could add further upside. Also the yield would be 30+% if done on end of CY23 EV of 5B or less.
In any case, looks like a great value play and downside mitigated by dividend yield.
