That is correct, It is a massive STIP bonus especially when I compare it to my 25% that I get. However if you look at it a different way you can assume that for a 100% STIP bonus there must be ALOT on the horizon for them to allocate them this much cash, Management haven't acted against the company best interest yet so I can't see them doing it in the future
