Agreed the Pharos 70% farm in subject to exploration results was signed off by Rob Brierley. However this agreement was altered when John Welborn became Chairman. The new agreement gave Scorpion 4 million shares in FEX upfront and additional 5 million shares if/when FEX proved up a resource and again after the first shipment.
