    You are absolutely right on the switch in their price definition.

    Are TC & RC dependent on the grade/quality/impurities of the actual ore shipped? Meaning that they can change a bit depending on exactly what is coming out of the mill? If true, it would be the buyer who determines them? They take the LME spot price because they haven't actually been paid yet (I think?) but how do they determine the TC & RC charges when those may not have been incurred yet?

    What confuses me about the "selling costs" is that they are not borne by the JV. Is MLX responsible for marketing/transporting/selling their share of the JV production?

    Speaking of the JV, who is the other 50% owner? I haven't found that yet.

    I haven't done much looking yet, but I have noticed that each JV partner does not necessarily get 50% of production each Q - it swings around and averages out in the end I assume, but why would they do it that way? Why not 50/50 each?
