And like what are we doing buying shares in TAM?? Propping up share price for APAC who is also a shareholder? We are a tin mining company, what the hell are we buying speccy gold explorers for?
Things like that, and no clear indication about what they are doing with shareholders cash show the board to be conflicted. I hope Yarra can remove them or at least get enough independent Directors in so control is not in APACs hand.
