My inference is that with the creeping of APAC' s register buying and the incentives gained by them rushing into any sort of activities to return shareholder growth, future development may likely not be as high on their list of priorities , and the intersection of LOM/ grades, also needs to be considered.
The guidance clock is ticking regardless, especially with the quarterly just around the corner...
