Go read around the place. Most savvy investors are not willing to touch MLX because of the corporate setup and the lack of a capital management plan or guidance. It's all very well to say they need it for Rentails but there are a few issues with this

- you are frikking guessing because company hasn't said this is what they are hanging on to cash for
- we don't have any guidance on timeframe for Rentails to start
- we don't have any guidance on an updated cost and how it is proposed to be funded (will it include some debt which would make sense)

If it is a few years away, hanging on to all of the cash for our 2-3% interest makes zero sense from the perspective of a publicly listed equity.
