I have asked the question and i have answer you seem to speculate alot, form conclusions , but don't actually seem to speak to the company. Its actually not that hard to speak to the company, perhaps if you make the effort, you may see things from a different perspective. sure you will argue the company will spin it positively , and generally they will, but you are free not to agree with their argument but at least you will have their argument. I have formed my views after clarifying areas i want clarified, i much prefer that, forming views about motives without actually speaking to those making the decisions is lazy IMO PS - i am no fool and have been around the traps - i can make what i think are good conclusions about management and their integrity, and i speak to management of each and every small cap i invest in. From these discussions i can see how many investors form confident desk top conclusions. these guys are reasonable - not expectational and not poor
