Healthy when different philisophical views differ .....as do time frames , as to what priorities companies have and when and how they address them .

I personally wanted ALK to be 100 oz pa producer at Tomingley for 10 years plus ..first and foremost . And ..whilst depleting those resources in mining , finding new replacement ozs . Secondly ..to be also able to ( finally ) pay a future dividend ..not one offs , but on going . And thirdly ,,in discovery , make a world class regional find that would set the company up for years , and if not as a stand alone , enhance the value of the shares three or four fold .
All of that ..is transpiring , but hasn't happened ..and has caused , in this market great frustration .
Shareholders have copped the brunt ,,because we don't get a wage , nor yet a dividend . But I am sure Nic would have liked those 687,346 long term incentive shares now just lapsed , converted into equity ..to add to his already substantial skin in the game !

Others may take a different view --but I am presently prepared to see thru this year and 2024 ..so a much more clear picture of what ALK has actively achieved is measurable !
