I like pg 10, sooner or later CFSM will run out of produce and will have to approach us again if they want stock. We have more or less most of the dunes from Cape Lookout to Cape Bedford & Nob point. When it comes to that day, we should hope management stand up for the S/H and either say no, or charge them a price per acre, equivalent to their attitude on how they handle the current issues of wharf usage.
Pg 4 is not so good, bullet point 3, we still haven't got the specialist consultants engaged to finalise the EIS yet. Back in the bottom drawer for a few more months. Gltah.
