yeah from the prospectus, the surety bonds were always the main issue, and that uncertainty was why i didnt go in for the raise.
i hope youre right and that some clarity on their payment schedule +/- mine life extension helps us rerate. its what im waiting for and looks like its coming!
in my experience, great assets like this always go much longer than planned
