This was also interesting - "The deferred cash consideration of A$5million for the sale of Speewah Mining Pty Ltd, the owner of the Speewah Vanadium-Titanium-Iron Project, to Tivan remains owing to King River as at 31 December 2023 and is due to be received by 16 February 2024. This deferred consideration is secured by a general security deed over the issued capital of Speewah Mining Pty Ltd"
Payment of the next $5M is overdue, not that we are desperate considering we currently have over $3.9M. Just strange that the payment is delayed. The TVN share price has been struggling in recent weeks.
