Of course a strengthening IO price should be positive but maybe we should note that they have tripled their IO hedging from 35kt/month(Jan to Mar) to 105kt/month(Apr to Jun)-are they running scared about the future price or just being cautious with this extra insurance cost where the fees could be upwards of a million dollars per month.
