90+% of batteries and motors and magnets and the biggest wind turbines and the infrastructure of mining and materials and processing and technical expertise IS IN CHINA.
There is no way to catch up with China in less than 15 years without enriching China beyond the ROW's wildest nightmares.
Simply put, Trump is talking book.
