I'm wondering if the increase in inventory and low $/ct for the ROM sales was part of a plan to sell just enough to meet guidance, and hold over the better quality ones to kickstart sales for 2024.
In reality inventory numbers are fairly irrelevant, as we don't know if 1000ct is just 1000 stones averaging 1ct, or includes half a dozen 50ct+ rocks.
