My back of the envelope calculations for the 2HFY24:
Production ~ 80,000 oz
ASIC ~ $AUD 1,400 /Oz
Average price ~ $AUD 3,100
Free cash flow ~ 80000 X 1700 = $AUD 136M
Implies a P/E ratio of about 5.88
WGX P/E of 12.35
GOR P/E of 12.36
Conclusion : BGL is cheap at these levels and would probably be a takeover target.
